  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Free from damage or signs of wear.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Used or damaged products not due to our error.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  3. Our support team will provide instructions and the return shipping address.

Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
